A chevron pattern conveyor belt is an industrial transportation device featuring a chevron pattern. Its belt surface is equipped with bidirectional chevron patterns, including both open and closed forms. Through weaving with transverse and longitudinal reinforcing cords, a tensile-resistant mesh structure is formed. This conveyor belt innovatively designs a tooth groove on the inner surface that meshes with the drive mechanism, effectively improving transmission stability. At the same time, it integrates a hydraulic adjustment device to achieve a rapid folding function, suitable for industrial scenarios such as bulk material handling and high-angle transportation.

Structural Design Plan


The belt surface is equipped with two forms of chevron patterns:
· Open chevron: A mesh structure formed by weaving transverse and longitudinal reinforcing cords, with the longitudinal reinforcing cords made of stainless steel wrapped around the belt edge.
· Closed chevron: Increases the density of transverse reinforcing cords based on the open type, forming a continuous closed pattern arrangement, with tensile strength enhanced to 1.8 times that of conventional conveyor belts.
Pattern height is designed in gradation: The height in the central area is controlled at 3-5mm, with the edge height increased to 8-10mm, enhancing material anti-spillage capability through gradient variation.

Drive System Compatibility


The inner edge of the conveyor belt features a continuous tooth groove structure:
· The tooth groove spacing matches precisely with the drive sprocket.
· The drive mechanism is equipped with a buffer spring assembly, which automatically triggers an elastic compensation mechanism when the conveyor belt load exceeds the set threshold.
The support system includes an electric hydraulic rod and an anti-sway assembly linkage system:
· The anti-sway assembly uses a four-direction damper layout.

 

Supporting Equipment


The conveyor system integrates a multifunctional adjustment mechanism:
· Leveling foot and swivel caster combined base: Rectangular distribution design, with a single foot cup supporting up to 1.5 tons.
· Quick folding mechanism: Enables conveyor unfolding/folding state switching through electric hydraulic rod extension and retraction.
Wear-resistant components include three layers of protection:
· Surface ceramic coating: Thickness 0.2mm, Mohs hardness up to 8.
· Middle buffer rubber layer: Hardness Shore 75±3, tensile strength ≥18MPa.
· Base stainless steel mesh: Made of 304 stainless steel, mesh density 200 mesh.
