Commonly used pattern conveyor belts are detailed as follows:
1. Herringbone pattern.
· Characteristics: There is a herringbone pattern on the surface of the belt that is higher than the belt, but the pattern opening is closed, and each pattern can be divided into three types: high, medium and low.
· Usage: It is suitable for the conveying of powder, granular, and small pieces of materials ≤ an inclination angle of 40 degrees, and can also convey bagged materials.
2. Striped pattern.
· Characteristics: There is a higher strip pattern on the surface of the belt, and the pattern is divided into three types: high, medium and low, and each pattern can be divided into dense, dense and other forms according to the arrangement spacing.
· Usage: Suitable for horizontal conveying packaging ≤ 30 degree inclination. If it is a groove, it can be used instead of a herringbone pattern.
3. Granular pattern.
· Characteristics: There is a granular pattern on the surface of the belt that is higher than the belt body or embedded in the belt body, and the pit can also be made into square holes or edges and cloth patterns.
· Usage: The stud pattern is suitable for flexible packaging or material handling that requires grip (such as cartons) or non-slip conveying. It is suitable for conveying particulate matter ≤ a 45-degree inclination.
4. Fan-shaped pattern.
·Features: The belt has a semi-fan-shaped (or 1/4 round) pattern. When the tape becomes grooved, the pattern interferes with the fan shape (or semicircle), which belongs to the high pattern category.
· Usage: Suitable for conveying powders, granules and bulk materials ≤ a large inclination angle of 60 degrees.
