Wrapped Banded V Belts
The components are manufactured using the latest in belt technology available on a global basis. The outer fabric wrap is treated with oil and heat resistant, engineered synthetic rubber compound, specifically compounded for excellent wear resistance, proven through thousands of hours of testing. The standard belts contain helically wound tensile cords that are specially engineered, twisted, heat and chemically set, polyester material.
These have multiple bands that function as a single unit for consistent drive performance and even load distribution. Used for multiple V-belts drives exposed to pulsating or heave shock loads, to avoid the belt from turnover or jump of the drive.

APPLICATION:
RoyalCorp Wrapped Banded V Belts are ideal for heavy industrial power transmission applications with vertical running shafts and large center distances. It can withstand impact loads and clutching applications. Also available in single classical and metric and standard v-belts
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The joined or banded belts are recommended for high shock load and pulsating drives where extra stability is beneficial. All belts of a given size are manufactured to run interchangeably in a matched set. SPB, SPC, 9J, 15J and 25J banded belts are manufactured to fit ISO standard dimension multi-groove pulleys.
