APPLICATION:
Classical V Belts are endless belts used in a wide range of applications. These belts have technically good design and are economical for most ordinary drives. They are anti-static, oil and heat resistant and can be used in applications where belt linear speeds do not exceed 30 meters/sec.
It is usually used with a v belt pulley or v belt tensioner.

Abrasion resistant fabric wrap not only protects the belt core but its flexibility permits the belt to bend more easily around the smallest diameter pulleys without damage - ensuring longer belt life.
EVEN LOAD DISTRIBUTION
Polyester tension cords ensure even load distribution and stress absorption without cord deterioration.
HIGHLY FLEXIBLE
Specially compounded rubber base keeps the belt flexing readily when passing over the pulleys. Fiber reinforcement provides excellent support to the cord line yet maintains belt flexibility and eliminates compression cracking.
