High-angle sidewall conveyor belt, also known as skirt sidewall conveyor belt, is a material conveying device composed of a base belt, corrugated sidewalls, and T-type/TC-type cross partitions, with high-strength connection achieved through a secondary vulcanization process. This conveyor belt can achieve continuous transportation at angles from 0° to 90°, and is suitable for powdery, granular, small block, and liquid materials, with a maximum material particle size of 400mm and a conveying capacity of 1-6000 cubic meters per hour. The base belt materials include cotton canvas core, nylon fabric core, polyester fabric core, and steel wire rope core, complying with the standard GB/T7984-2001.
The conveyor belt uses a transversely rigid base belt design, so the middle does not bulge under pressure in angled sections, and the return section does not sag. The corrugated sidewalls facilitate roller navigation and prevent material side slippage, the inward tilt design allows clean discharge, and the outer reinforcing ribs enhance wear resistance. The production process includes raw material preparation, vulcanization molding, assembly and debugging, and quality inspection, with the sidewalls and base belt forming a strong combination through secondary vulcanization. The product is applied in industrial fields such as metallurgy, electric power, coal, and ports, meeting special requirements such as anti-slip and high-temperature resistance.
