The conditions during wheat harvesting are extremely harsh, with high temperatures, intense sunlight, accumulation of wheat husk dust, and continuous heavy-duty operation of machinery throughout the day, placing extremely high demands on the high-temperature resistance, wear resistance, and tensile strength of combine harvester drive belts. Common issues include stretching, slipping and loss of power, and wear or breakage.
To address this, RoyalCorp has custom-developed a V-belt for wheat harvesters. Leveraging high-end materials and professional structural design, it perfectly fits various wheat harvesting, threshing, and conveying equipment, comprehensively solving transmission failure problems during wheat harvesting.
In terms of material configuration, the V-belt for wheat harvesters uses high-temperature resistant neoprene rubber and a core structure of imported aramid cord. Unlike ordinary polyester cord belts, it features low elongation, extremely high strength, aging resistance, wear resistance, and high-temperature resistance. During operation, it is not easily stretched or deformed, transmission parameters remain stable, and frequent tension adjustments are unnecessary, completely improving issues of traditional belt power loss and unstable transmission.
The product models cover a full range, including HB, 2HB, 3HB, 4HB, 5HB, 6HB, HC, 2HC, 3HC, 4HC, HK, HM, HI, HD, and C series belts, and can fit the vast majority of mainstream wheat harvesters on the market, offering high versatility and adaptability.
