With the rapid development of outdoor off-road sports and specialized work scenarios, ATV and UTV all-terrain vehicles face complex conditions of high temperatures, heavy loads, and continuous high-intensity operation. Traditional drive belts are prone to issues such as thermal degradation, wear and cracking, significant power loss, and short service life, seriously affecting vehicle operating efficiency and safety. To address these core industry pain points, our R&D team has been deeply engaged in the off-road transmission field, specifically optimizing product formulas and structural processes to create this high-performance drive belt customized for all-terrain off-road vehicles.
The ATV/UTV belt is primarily made from patented fiber-reinforced ethylene elastomer (EE) composite material. Unlike ordinary drive belt materials, this exclusive formula significantly improves the belt's lateral stiffness and heat resistance limit, allowing it to easily handle harsh conditions of continuous high temperatures, high power output, and high-intensity loads in off-road scenarios. It fundamentally resolves industry challenges such as belts easily overheating, deforming, and failing, and is suitable for various large side-by-side off-road vehicles (SxS) and high-horsepower all-terrain vehicles to meet the demanding riding and working needs.
