2. the conveyor belt is running out of the way. First, check whether the drum is in the same horizontal position, and then check whether the conveyor belt interface is deviated. If the belt deviation is not serious, the belt deviation can be prevented by welding iron blocking on both sides of the frame.
3. the conveyor belt is slipping. This situation may be that the roller is too old and the friction coefficient is too low. It is suggested to replace the drum or glue the drum.
4. the surface of conveyor belt is excessively worn. It is recommended to replace the new conveyor belt. Before replacing the belt, it is recommended to loosen the drum first, and then remove the conveyor belt. Do not force the conveyor belt to reduce the probability of machine damage.
